Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full store credit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, you will receive an email confirmation with your digital gift card or exchange details within 5-7 business days.
